DECORATION

How we decorate

We run every method below in our own factory. DTG, DTF and embroidery are ready to design online today, and so are UV-printed ornaments. For everything else, ask for a quote.

Direct-to-garment (DTG)

Best for: Full-color artwork, photos and fine detail. The print becomes part of the fabric, so it feels soft.

How to order: Design online

Direct-to-film (DTF)

Best for: Bold colors and sharp edges. Printed on film, then pressed onto the garment. Works on cotton, polyester and blends.

Embroidery

Best for: Logos and text on caps, polos and jackets. Stitched, so it can last as long as the garment.

Sublimation

Best for: All-over color on polyester and coated items like mugs. The ink becomes part of the surface.

UV printing

Best for: Hard goods printed directly with ink cured by UV light: notepads, ornaments and similar rigid items up to 70 mm (about 2.7 in) thick.

How to order: Ornaments: design online. Other items: request a quote.

Heat transfer vinyl (HTV)

Best for: Names and numbers, one solid color per layer.

Big prints

Prints up to 16 × 21 in on adult styles. The largest size depends on the garment size.

Where we print

Front, back, left sleeve and right sleeve. Pick one or more on the product page. You see the price for each placement before you design. Embroidery adds left chest, centered, and sleeve or wrist placements on apparel, and front, sides and back on caps, depending on the product.

Your artwork

  • Files: PNG, JPEG or WebP.
  • Size: up to 20 MB per file.
  • Resolution: 150 DPI at the size you'll print is fine for most designs. Use 300 DPI for detailed artwork, such as fine lines and small text.
  • Crop: crop your file edge to edge. We price the size of the whole image, transparent edges included.
  • Background: save your file with a transparent background (PNG). Anything that isn't transparent prints, even a white background. It prints as a box around your design and wastes ink.
