How ordering works

Pick a product, choose how it's printed, add your artwork, and order. We make it in our own factory. No minimum: order one piece or a hundred. Embroidery is ordered online too. For sublimation, HTV, and UV on items other than ornaments, contact us for a quote.

How pricing works

Your price is the garment plus the decoration.

  • One print area is included in the standard price.
  • Extra placements (for example a back print) add a flat amount each.
  • Sizes 2XL and up cost a little more.
  • "From" prices on product cards are the lowest price for that product: one print area/placement. Your design's exact price shows on the product page and in the studio.
  • Shipping is added at checkout (see below).
  • Sales tax is added at checkout for Texas addresses. Customers with a resale certificate on file pay no sales tax.

Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States.

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited 2-Day: two business days in transit once your order ships. Production time is separate and is not part of this.

Shipping is a flat rate by product type: the first item, plus a smaller amount for each additional item. You see the exact amount in your cart before you pay.

Artwork guide

  • Files: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 20 MB.
  • Resolution: 150 DPI at the size you'll print is fine for most designs. Use 300 DPI for detailed artwork, such as fine lines and small text. A small file stretched to a large print looks soft, so upload the largest version you have.
  • Crop: crop your file edge to edge. We price the size of the whole image, transparent edges included.
  • Transparent background: save as PNG with transparency. Anything that isn't transparent prints, even a white background. It prints as a box around your design and wastes ink.
  • Your rights: only upload artwork you own or have permission to print.
  • Embroidery: upload your digitized stitch file (DST). We don't digitize artwork. Up to 6 thread colors per design. The price covers up to 15,000 stitches per placement; larger designs cost more, and the studio shows the price before you order.
