How to order

Order steps

1. Pick a product. Browse the shop and open a product.
2. Open the studio. Select Start designing.
3. Set your options. Choose the technique (DTG, DTF, embroidery, HTV or sublimation), color, size and print placements. The options depend on the product, and HTV can't be combined with DTG or DTF on one garment. UV-printed ornaments are ordered online too.
4. Add your artwork. Upload your file and place it in the print area. The price updates as you design.
5. Sign in and add to cart. Sign in or create an account, then add your design to the cart.
6. Check out. Shipping is added at checkout. Sales tax is added for Texas addresses unless we've approved your resale certificate for a qualifying purchase. You see the total before you pay. Pay by card.
7. We make it. Production takes 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays, and orders placed after 3 PM Central start the next business day.
8. We ship it. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Artwork rules

• Files: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 20 MB.
• JPEG files can't have a transparent background, so use PNG or WebP if your design isn't a full rectangle.
• Resolution: 150 DPI at print size for most designs, or 300 DPI for fine lines and small text.
• Crop your artwork edge to edge. We price the whole image, transparent edges included.
• Use a transparent background (PNG). On DTG, DTF and UV prints, a white background may print as a white box.
• HTV: one solid color per layer, on selected adult garments.
• Embroidery: upload a DST stitch file up to 2 MB, with up to 6 thread colors. If you don't have a DST file, email us and ask. We can digitize your artwork for a fee.
• Only upload artwork you own or have permission to print on products for sale.

Production and shipping time

Shipping time starts when your order leaves our factory, so with Standard shipping you should plan on 5–9 business days from order to delivery.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Expedited 2-Day ships to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories and military (APO/FPO) addresses ship Standard only, at a higher first-item price.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. Enter it on the carrier's website to see where your package is.
